Return and Refund Policy

At nanosmoothies®, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Perishable goods or opened food items
- Gift cards
- Sale items (unless defective or damaged)
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer support at:
Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. We will review your request and provide return instructions.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the receipt as proof of return.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped. Contact us at [email protected] for cancellation requests.
